Hey there again! Sorry I’ve been offline for a while, but I hope everyone here in the US had a fabulous Independence Day! I love the summertime, despite the Texas heat, and was really wanting to come up with a fun summer dessert. My sister-in-law, who may be my biggest baking fan and reads all my blog post, is the one who requested an extra chocolatey S’mores cupcake for her birthday… and these couldn’t have been more on point! You will love these rich, moist dark chocolate cupcakes with hints of graham cracker and Nutella and a perfectly toasted marshmallow to top it off! It’s pure yumminess and I hope you enjoy!

And if you’re as addicted to S’mores as I am, try my Peanut Butter S’mores Cupcakes and my Decadent S’mores Cake!

Dark Chocolate Orange Cupcakes

Dark Chocolate Orange Cupcakes-1-01

Dark chocolate really goes with everything, but Dark Chocolate and Orange is one of my favorite flavor combinations! This cupcake is so delicious and the perfect reason to cheat on your New Year’s diet ;)! These are inspired by my love for the chocolate oranges I use to get as a kid (you know the ones where you smack them on the table and it comes out with these perfect little chocolate orange slices?). These are so much better and you can even top them with the chocolate slices to make them even more incredible!

Cookie Dough Dip

Cookie Dough Dip-1-01

Well, I hope you all had a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! The holidays definitely got away from me this year and I didn’t manage to post anything over the last two weeks. It’s great for parties or make a smaller serving for dessert with the family! The great thing is you can serve it with apple slices, apple straws and chocolate graham crackers (all mostly healthy options); making this a nice and “mostly” healthy dessert option. 🙂
